Meet the founding partner and managing director at Grow Green Insurance Services. Sash studied International Business and Finance at Pepperdine University and has spent her career helping people and organizations adopt best practices in risk management and finance accounting practices. Her work ethic and attention to detail caught the eye of several CFOs who brought her in as a private contractor to help prepare large organizations for mergers and acquisitions. These experiences lead her down the path to becoming a highly successful Commercial Insurance Broker, then Founder and CEO of Grow Green Insurance Services. Sash has a passion for helping people and is driven by customer service excellence and seeing her clients succeed. Sash is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about working with her Hispanic business owners from coast to coast. Brett Willard

After attending San Diego State University and serving in the military Brett has spent the past 20 years as a leading sales and business development executive serving the Financial Services and Insurance sector. Assisting organizations to evolve by implementing new products and services to help lower operational costs, manage risk and drive overall employee efficiencies. He has helped build, develop and mentor top-performing sales teams within highly competitive markets and for 15 years achieved personal goals by exceeding quotas and being a top-performing sales executive. Brett joined Grow Green in 2020 and is responsible for business development, marketing, and sales operations. In late 2020 he helped launch Grow Greens affiliate and partner programs with accounting firms and CPAs. In addition to these efforts, as a commercial insurance broker, he is passionate about helping businesses align with the correct insurance products and prices.
